Complete support—at your service

  • A wide range of services, including inward and outward clearance, all cargo needs and documentation, arranging cargo gears, and other services for and on behalf of the owners and charterers, are provided by Gravo's experienced Port Agency staff. We provide 24/7 services with a single point of contact to all types of vessels with radio watch.

Along with handling customs paperwork, chartering, and collaborating closely with terminal operators, customs, immigration, and other governmental departments, we also handle these tasks. This enables us to quickly turnaround the ships belonging to ship owners and charterers.

    • We guarantee swift turnaround for vessels.

    • We coordinate the provision of bunkers, spares, stores, crew changes, CTM, and medical care.

    • Gravo offers accurate PDAs, timely and appropriate documentation, real-time upgrades, and reporting.

    • With PSC inspectors and other authorities, we get along well.

  • One of the essential characteristics of a trustworthy agent is the absence of conflicts of interest between the yard and the ship owner. Liaising with various parties is part of the complex process of dry-docking. In order to ensure smooth operations, the ship agent must not only have good relationships with the relevant dry-docks but also communicate with the relevant authorities, suppliers, and service providers. With the help of local contacts, Gravo coordinates with dock authorities and owners to efficiently dock and undock vessels.

    • Booking dry dock slots.

    • Arranging pre-arrival formalities

    • Assisting ship superintendents

    • Coordinating with surveyors and technicians

    • Clearing and delivering spare parts

    • Providing daily on-board attendance

    • Providing daily reporting

  • The transfer of liquid bulk between ships presents a complex and technically demanding process, necessitating both specialized expertise and equipment. Drawing upon our extensive experience, we offer Ship-to-Ship (STS) facilities to our clients at various ports. We guarantee the timely arrangement of all necessary STS equipment at a cost-effective rate. Moreover, we provide the option of transporting the STS equipment to the vessel using support craft, minimizing expenses and making it readily available to our clients. The scheduling of berthing and unberthing is available 24/7, pending approval from the respective port authorities. To ensure the utmost safety and precision, all operations are conducted by well-trained and experienced personnel.

  • In the offshore and maritime industries, tugs and barges serve as the workhorses, transporting various merchandise, often to isolated locations with poor infrastructure.

The versatility of tow tugs makes them ideal for a range of tasks, including general towage, barge handling in support of dredging operations, and serving as monitoring or guard vessels. Gravo's tugs are also frequently utilized for berthing/canal transit assistance and hauling third-party equipment.

Similarly, barges are equally versatile. Our barges possess the necessary deck strength and ballasting approval for high-load Ro-Ro operations. Barges can transport coated pipes, jackets, topsides, and other materials for offshore construction, in addition to lighterage and regular freight.
